Testimony: Joffrey Ibrahim, Tanzania

Joffrey Ibrahim is a young coach who coached the young players of the Yosso Sports Center team. Terry invited him to attend the FC Grace Conference in 2019. He spoke with Jeanne during one of the days, and she told him about John 3:16, and God’s great love for him. He accepted Christ, and was so changed by the message and interaction with FC Grace team, that he radically changed his approach with his players and went a step further to be the hands and feet of Jesus - he took them into his home. They continue to live at his house during the soccer season, and he feeds and cares for them. Because of his enduring love for his players, they have accomplished great things. This last year, they competed at the Tanzanian national level against other teams much better funded and supported. Joffrey has said that he has felt God’s blessings with all that has happened since he met FC Grace and accepted Jesus as his savior.
